ACS Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before using the website or placing an order. The placement of an order confirms your unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Returns and refunds

You are purchasing custom products, orders cannot be returned or canceled. If you enter an order incorrectly, the product cannot be returned or refunded. If a product is found to be defective, ACS may require the return of the product for a refund. The buyer is responsible for any shipping cost if ACS is not at fault.

Payment options

ACS requires full payment before the order is shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by check on the website. You will be responsible for any applicable sales tax. If you are a reseller and you are tax exempt, you must provide ACS with a “Sales and Use Tax Certification of Exemption” form for our record.

Delivery options

You may pick up at ACS. Please pick up within three business days of notification that your order is ready. After five business days, storage fees may apply. You are responsible for securing your products if you choose to pick them up. You are responsible for any damages once products are on your truck or any third party carrier hired by you.

ACS will deliver to your place of business for a fee. ACS will be responsible for any damage that may occur before you accept delivery. You must refuse any delivery with apparent damage. If you accept a delivery with apparent damage, it will be your responsibility to settle with the carrier. If you open a carton and discover damage, shortages or irregularities, it must be reported by email to ACS within two business days of acceptance. ACS will require digital photos of damage or any irregularities.

Warranty

ACS warrants all products provided will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. ACS is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, modification, improper installation, improper product selection or delays due to damage. All ACS products are intended for use in an air-conditioned environment. There is no warranty for moisture or water damage of any type. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only.

Liability

ACS is liable for the replacement cost of the defective product or products only. ACS is not responsible for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages due to defective product or delays in delivery of the product.

Use of ACS website

ACS assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages to computers, telecommunication equipment or other property resulting from access to the website or downloading any information or materials from the website. ACS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website.
